Specialized services offered in Lighting, A/V, Voice/Data/Network cabling, Security/Surveillance consulting/installations -Flooring & Paint. Mark is an IL licensed Home Inspector, a Licensed RADON Measurement Professional, a CPO (Certified Pool/Spa Operator/Inspector), Certified Mold Assessor/Indoor-Air Quality Sampling. He is an active member of, and/or holds certifications w/ the following: AHIT(American Home Inspector Training Institute), Inter-NACHI(International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), HIF(Housing Inspection Foundation), ESA(Environmental Solutions Association), IAQA(Indoor Air Quality Assoc.) IICRC(Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification).

Mark Received his B.S. in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1996 and has over 35 Years of experience is residential construction and office/commercial/retail remodeling; He obtained his IL. Inspector License when they became a requirement in 2003, and has 25 years of experience in residential/commercial/environmental inspection.
